Hospitality Placements USA (HPUSA) provides hotels with experienced young professionals from around the world. We will recruit and screen all participants, coordinate interviews, and help with the offer process. We act as a liaison between the J-1 cultural exchange participant, the sponsor, and the host employer. This is a free service to you, the employer.
From the beginning of the recruitment process through the completion of the J-1 program, HPUSA is always here as a partner and a resource. Our participants are carefully selected and assigned to properties according to their profiles, experience, and personality to assure a perfect fit to the property needs and selection process. We coordinate virtual interviews via Skype webcam and take care of all the necessary visa procedures that will allow your participant to train at your hotel.

All participants are either pursuing or have completed a university degree, diploma, or certificate. Trainees have at least one year of professional experience in their career field. When participants start their program, they already have the skills to contribute to the success of your hotel.

HIGHLY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS
Our highly motivated and enthusiastic participants are majoring in Hotel Management or a tourism-related field and have a desire to further their career aspirations in the hospitality industry.
All participants are either pursuing or have completed a university degree, diploma or certificate. Trainees have at least one year of professional experience in their career field. When participants start their program, they already have the skills to contribute to the success of your hotel.
In addition, all our participants are:
- Fully authorized to train in the U.S.
- Fluent in English, many are multi-lingual
- Educated – all are pursuing or have completed a university degree, diploma or masters
- Pre-screened based on your criteria
- Committed to training in the
U.S. for 12 months
- Insured with basic medical insurance for the duration of program
- Very enthusiastic about living and training in the U.S.
