What was the best part about being on the J-1 Cultural Exchange Program?
– Got to experience and learn so much about the culture and hospitality standards. Became Associate of the Month twice in December 2018 and January 2019. Also got Spirit to Serve Award twice for getting most mentions by guest in all feedback platforms.
What were some of the best cultural activities in USA, that you participated in?
– Became Certified Ambassador for Santa Monica city and enjoyed every bit of it.
What are you doing now? How did the J-1 Cultural Exchange Program help you move forward in your career?
– Currently I am working as Assistant Learning & Development Manager for The Leela Palace Udaipur, India and being a part of Front Office operations during the J-1 program is helping me alot during my trainings here.
