Your students and recent graduates will learn about the program by reading HPUSA website information — including FAQs. They will be able to ask us any questions they have while completing their online application and uploading their registration documents.
We will complete a Skype Welcome and Registration Interview as well as request the signed HPUSA Participant Confirmation and Terms & Conditions. Your students will then have the option to either pay the full program fee at this stage, or just pay the registration fee.
We will begin scheduling Skype webcam interviews with potential host employers. If successful, we will confirm the placement offer and training plan for signing. Any remaining program fees are due to be paid now.
We will upload the completed application and signed documents for sponsor processing. This may include a Skype interview with the sponsor and completing an online orientation quiz.
We will confirm when DS kit is ready to be sent.
Once the DS Kit is received, we will provide instructions to pay the SEVIS fee of, the Embassy interview fee plus complete their DS-160 Form and book their embassy interview.
Their passport with stamped visa should be returned within 1 week. Some students/ recent graduates will attend pre-departure orientation if their specific country requires it, then they can book their flight and head off to the USA!
